• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — you receive a full refund immediately

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• UPI payments are verified manually against your payment screenshot before shipping
• Cash on Delivery may be limited for some pincodes or order values

• Handloom products have natural, minor irregularities in the weave — they are a mark of authenticity, not defects
• Colours can vary slightly from photos depending on your screen

Reviews & content

• By submitting a review or photo you allow us to display it on this store
• We may remove content that is abusive or unrelated to the product
