What we collect

• Seller account details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and store information you provide
• Store content you upload: products, photos, prices and pages
• Buyer order details (name, phone, address) submitted on a seller's store — processed on behalf of that seller so they can fulfil the order
• Cookies that keep logins and shopping carts working; basic usage analytics

How it is used

• To operate your store, deliver orders to your WhatsApp, and provide support
• To bill your subscription and send service messages about your account

What we never do

• We never sell or rent personal information
• We never market to a seller's buyers — your customers are yours
• We never store card or bank credentials; subscription payments are processed by our payment partner (PhonePe) and product payments happen directly between buyer and seller

Your rights

• Contact us any time to access, correct or delete your information
• Deleting your account removes your store and its data from the live service
