Insaa.app, a product of KloudBoy (Corporate Office: Digital Hub, 2nd Floor, Kerala Technology Innovation Zone, Kochi, Kerala, India) — "Insaa", "we" — provides software that lets sellers create and run their own online storefronts. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

• Insaa provides storefront software on a subscription basis: a free plan and paid monthly plans (currently Starter and Pro), with prices shown on our pricing page plus 18% GST
• Plans are prepaid for one month at a time — there is no auto-debit; a plan simply lapses to the free plan if not renewed
• We may update features and pricing; active prepaid periods are never repriced

Marketplace role

• Insaa is a technology provider, not a party to any sale. Products listed on a seller's store are sold by that seller directly to their buyers
• Payments for products flow directly from buyer to seller (for example to the seller's own UPI ID); Insaa does not collect, hold or transfer buyers' money
• Each seller is responsible for their products, pricing, taxes, deliveries, returns and the policies published on their own store

Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe
• Sell only lawful products and honour the commitments you publish to your buyers
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or misleading content; we may suspend stores that break these rules

Liability

• The service is provided on an "as is" basis; our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months
• These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India
